Transfers from airports and hotels in Thailand

In the "pickup point" field, enter your departure location. In the "destination point" field, enter your drop-off location. Select a city, airport, or exact direction from the dropdown menu.

Then enter the number of passengers and click "Check prices". Choose a suitable transfer and fill out the booking form.

You can place an order no later than 12 hours before the trip.

You will receive a confirmation email — a voucher containing your order number and all trip details.

If your flight is delayed by less than 30 minutes, the driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly.

If you are informed of a longer delay, please notify the Thai Go support team at help@thai-go-trip.com or contact the Telegram support bot with your order number — we'll relay it to the driver.

Important: If the free waiting time included in the fare is exceeded, the driver may request an additional fee.

If you are arriving at an airport, the driver will meet you at the designated meeting area. This location is shown during the booking process.

Important: the driver will meet you with a sign displaying the first and last name provided in the order.

For departures from a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the car.
